Max : Lifelong Creator & Tech Innovator
My journey in tech began early, tinkering with electronics and diving into programming with Macromedia Flash 5. From there, I found my way into the broader developer community through Python, where I published several popular apps for Nokia Symbian. In high school, I built games for fun using Flash 8 and Acknex, while also developing websites with PHP, jQuery, RaphaelJS, and ClassyJS.
While pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at Sakarya University, I started freelancing in the advergaming industry. I built interactive games for signage systems using Kinect and Java, leveraging Libgdx, and continued working on websites with PHP and CodeIgniter.
One of my proudest achievements was creating one of the earliest smartwatches using Arduino. Fully open-sourced, it supported multiple platforms like Maemo, Tizen, and WP7 OS, and inspired countless makers. I also built an open-source clone of the Oculus Rift DK1. During this time, I published several mobile apps, games, and smartwatch applications.
My work caught the attention of Sony, where I was hired at a young age to spearhead the development of AR and wearable SDKs, supporting business development and forging strategic hardware partnerships. I helped drive innovation in AR and wearable tech, representing Sony globally at conferences and tech events.
After my time at Sony, I joined Above Agency, where I led the development of an innovative AR app for Pandora on iOS. I also served as a tech advisor to leading brands like Meta and Google, focusing on wearable technology and virtual reality.
I later founded my own consultancy firm, UXCraft, in Sweden. There, I led the development of IKEA’s global, modern payment frontend, combining my passion for user experience and cutting-edge frontend technologies.
Today, I continue my journey as a Lead Frontend Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, where I apply my experience in building scalable, innovative solutions.
